Gordon Brown and Protectionism

Well I'm not sure why Gordon Brown needs to "apologize," but I'd say it's rather strange to be arguing that this crisis doesn't reflect an intellectual failure.

Also odd that we need Britain to help us understand that protectionism is not a good idea.
